- Kurt Fearneley is an Australian wheelchair racer. Despite being born without the lower portion of his spine, he was tried every sport since his childhoot.At the Athens Paralympics, he pushed his wheellchair for the last five kilometres on a flat tyre and gained a gold medal.

Computer health
5 suggestions for staying safe and healthy whilst using a computer!
1.Chair: Feet must reach the floor, if not, use a footrest for support.
2.Monitor level: Center of the screen needs to be near shoulder height.
3.Eye level should be level with the tool bar.
4. Length of time on the Keyboad: No longer than 5hours/day.
5. Take frequent short breaks rather than longer infrequent ones.

My plans for life in Australia are...I want to share happy moments with my family and friends.
